Why On - Site Machining?
On-site machining, also known as In-situ machining, is performing machining operations on any location with the use of Portable Machine-tools. Onsite machining delivers better geometrical and dimensional accuracy while saving on overall time and cost, by eliminating need for dismantling and transportation.
Onsite Machining: Anytime, Anywhere
Large and complex equipment often can’t be moved for conventional machining. That’s where Onsite (Insitu) Machining comes in — allowing high-precision work to be done directly at the site during manufacturing, erection, or maintenance.
It saves time and cost by eliminating the need for dismantling or transport, while maintaining top quality. In many cases, it even delivers better accuracy, as machining is done in the final position, compensating for fabrication or assembly errors. It’s also ideal for reconditioning worn parts or upgrading equipment on-site.

Adityay Industries has been a pioneer in the field of On-site Machining for over 30 years, making us the First Company in India to introduce the concept of on-site machining. We not only sell portable machine tools but also provide on-site machining services using our own machines and a team of skilled technicians.
We began our journey with on-site machining in forging industries, specializing in Heavy Drilling, Boring And Tapping. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to include on-site machining of various other equipment across multiple sectors.
